I have to say that even though the research of this flat has been successful very quickly, problems and stress that go with it has only been even bigger. Indeed, CHinese people expect 3 months of complete rent (plus charges) on top of a 4th month which is the deposit, and they want this money... in cash in less than a few days!!! Needless to say that it's mission impossible, so we'll see what my landlord will say when I will tell him that I do not have this money (due to the withdrawal limitation of my credit card)... but apart from that it's a very good flat ^^'
The first idea was to share a flat with my classmates, but the only 2 bedroom flats available would not have allowed any intimacy. We therefore went for individual studios, for my greatest pleasure :D. If there is a rare and precious thing in China, it's definitely personal space.
Pix: my flat then, only 15/20 minutes away from the uni campus by bike/bus, with all the shops needed (such as restaurant ^^) downstairs. There are 2 big parcs close to my place, which is good when you want to breath a little bit.
